About DeepRevise

DeepRevise assembles submittal packages of every kind — prequalification, materials, technical, method statements and O&M manuals. You keep one library of documents; it builds the cover, index and section separators around them and returns a single PDF.

It exists because the documents were never the difficult part. Finding them again, ordering them, numbering an index that stays correct when one datasheet gains a page, and merging the result without the cover ending up in the middle — that is the work, and it is repeated in full every time a consultant returns a submittal for one revision.

It is built for whoever actually puts the package together. Main contractors and subcontractors, document controllers, engineers and project staff — anyone who has to turn a bill of quantities and a pile of datasheets into something a consultant will accept.

The library is the idea. A datasheet is uploaded once, tagged with its brand and item code, and reused on every project after that. Import a bill of quantities and each line is matched against it automatically — with anything ambiguous flagged rather than guessed.
